This framework aims to define the production relationship with clients and institutions transparently, while maintaining Samaa’s independent mission of producing purposeful and meaningful documentary films.

Product Definition

A documentary film presented in a realistic and authentic style, featuring the voices of the client’s professionals or representatives, complemented by real footage from their work environment, explanatory graphics, and archival clips from Samaa’s media library.

All productions are subject to the terms and conditions published on Samaa’s official website.

Model One: Comprehensive Documentary Production

This model is ideal for institutions seeking a complete film production in Samaa’s distinctive documentary style.

General Features:

• Starting Price: SAR 12,500
• Additional Filming Day Fee: SAR 1,000 per day (maximum 6 hours per day – one location per day)
• Client’s Payment: 30% of the agreed amount before production begins
• Included Services: Concept development, filming, interviews, explanatory graphics, editing, color correction, and final review
• Director’s Involvement: The entire production process is carried out directly by director Ali Al-Musalam to ensure artistic consistency and clarity of message
• Publishing rights and licensing terms are defined by mutual agreement prior to project commencement.

Golden Warranty

The Golden Warranty grants the client full freedom to accept or decline the final film without financial obligation.

If the film is not approved, the advance payment is fully refunded, and all recorded materials become the exclusive property of Samaa.

Samaa retains the exclusive right to use the recorded materials within its documentary or educational productions without referencing the client’s name.

Model Two: Media Partnership

This model establishes a knowledge-based media partnership between Samaa and medical or scientific institutions, facilitating the broader dissemination of health and educational messages through Samaa’s official media channels.

General Features:

• Financial contribution commencing at SAR 7,500
• SAR 1,000 added for each additional filming day (maximum of 6 hours per day – one location per day)
• Includes placement of the Samaa logo as an official media partner of the event
• The film is produced in Samaa’s documentary style and exclusively published on Samaa Health Media’s YouTube channel
• This model does not encompass rights to modify or redistribute the film externally
• It is designed to assist medical and scientific entities in presenting their activities through a professional visual format that enhances their awareness message while preserving Samaa’s media identity
